This Privacy Policy explains how AIProof (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AIProof platform and websites (the “Service”). It applies to account holders, their team members, and the customer contacts they manage through AIProof.
We collect information you provide directly — account and business details, billing information, customer contact lists (names, phone numbers, email addresses) you upload, review content, and the messages you send. We also collect usage and device data automatically, such as log data, IP address, and analytics about how the Service is used.
We use information to provide and operate the Service — sending review invitations you authorize, routing and drafting reviews and replies, generating analytics, processing payments, providing support, and securing and improving the Service.
When you use AIProof to send SMS or email invitations, you are the sender and are responsible for having obtained recipient consent (see our Terms of Service and the TCPA). We process recipient contact data on your behalf to deliver those messages and to honor opt-outs. We do not sell personal information.
We share data with trusted service providers (“subprocessors”) strictly to operate the Service:
Each subprocessor receives only the data needed for its function and is bound to protect it. This list may be updated as our infrastructure evolves.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data, subject to those obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact us through your AIProof account. Message recipients can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and of email via the unsubscribe link.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our subprocessors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required.
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Service. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to your AIProof account contact.
