These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIProof platform, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by AIProof (“AIProof,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
AIProof is a reputation-management and AI-visibility platform that helps businesses capture customer reviews, route them across review platforms via a weighted smart link, draft and post replies, and analyze review performance. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.
You agree not to use the Service to solicit, fabricate, incentivize, or publish fake or deceptive reviews, or in any way that violates the terms or guidelines of a connected review platform (for example Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Cars.com, or Healthgrades) or applicable law. AIProof facilitates collection of genuine customer feedback only.
The Service can send SMS and email review invitations on your behalf. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining prior express written consent from each recipient as required by the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state messaging laws, and carrier and CTIA guidelines. You agree to honor opt-out requests (including “STOP” replies) promptly and to message only contacts who have consented. You will indemnify AIProof for claims arising from your messaging practices.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. SMS credits refill monthly per your plan; top-up credit packs do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Agency plans allow you to manage client accounts under your own brand. You are responsible for your clients' compliance with these Terms and for your relationship with, and billing of, your clients.
The Service uses AI to draft review prompts and replies. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it is truthful and compliant.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and subprocessors (described in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
AIProof and its licensors own all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular review volume, rating, ranking, or AI citation outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIProof's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Service. Questions about these Terms can be sent to your AIProof account contact.
